How does SleepPal work?

SleepPal uses Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) which stimulates neurotransmitters in the cerebral cortex of the brain to regulate mood and promote sleep. CES technology stimulates the central nervous system of the human brain, weakens the delta brain wave, enhances the alpha brain wave, which makes you feel at peace to help you fall asleep.

What are the benefits of using SleepPal?

The use of CES has been proven to help treat and overcome insomnia, depression and anxiety.

How do I use SleepPal?

For insomnia and to help with sleep hold in your left hand for 15-20 minutes at bedtime. Unit will turn off after 20 minutes, For relieving anxiety and depression hold for 15-20 minutes in each hand throughout the day.

What if I am left handed, do I still use my left hand to help me sleep?

For left handers the opposite hand may work more effectively for sleep, using your right hand instead of left, but depends on the individual. We recommend you trial to see what works best for you.

How often can I use SleepPal?

You can use it every night to help with your sleep and at all times of day – morning, noon and night for that mood boost and that calming fix you may need in the day.

How long do I hold it for?

15 – 20 minutes at a time, per hand.

Is it safe?

Yes, our device is safe. It is a drug free device that uses pure physical therapy.

Are there any side effects?

Do I have to turn off SleepPal before I go to sleep?

Thankfully our device is equipped with a 20 minute timer which turns of the product automatically! When you wake up or when you next want to use the device simply rotate off then back on.
